I'm thrilled you're here.

I admit it, I'm a development nerd. I can't help myself. I get very excited about each individual person's potential and how I can help them tap into even higher levels of performance. I get excited about helping teams create smarter, strengths-based collaboration that leads to enhanced relationships. I love nothing more than seeing the "aha" moments - you know, when the lightbulb goes off as a new idea connects in a client's brain. It's one of my favorite things.

I'm also a certified coach and facilitator. A CEO. An experienced learning and development professional (with a good dose of HR experience thrown in as well). A formerly burned-out corporate leader. A wife, mother and sister. A dynamic facilitator. A relationship builder. A strategic thinker.

I bring a mix of passion, authenticity, and inquisitiveness to every engagement and partner with clients to help them sort through the clutter to find the best route for achieving their goals. I commit to bringing my best each and every time so that together we can empower talent, maximize strengths, and create momentum.
